The cancellation policy may vary depending on the experience you book. While some experiences can be canceled up to few days prior the booking date , several others can’t be canceled once the reservation has been confirmed.
Look at the cancellation policy of the activity on the respective experience page, below the ratings. If it is stated “no refund or cancellation,” then it will not be possible to cancel or get the refund.
If the activity offers free cancellation then you will get the option in your booking page to cancel and “apply for refund.” Select refund reason and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been cancelled. You cannot use your previous ticket to participate in this activity.
