Why do I see a pending charge on my card?

When you book activity tickets, we place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method to secure your booking. This is not an actual charge – it’s simply a way to verify your payment details and ensure funds are available.

What happens next?

  • If your booking is confirmed, the hold will be converted to a charge when your tickets are issued
  • If your booking is cancelled, we’ll void the authorization, and the hold will be released by your bank within 24-48 hours (may take up to 7 days depending on your bank)

This approach allows us to process cancellation refunds much faster than traditional refunds, which can take 7-14 business days.
