Can’t find your tickets? Follow these steps:

  1. Check your email.
    Look in your Inbox as well as the Promotions and Spam/Junk folders for a message from TicketsToDo.
  2. View them online.
    Visit https://www.ticketstodo.com/mytickets using the same device and browser you used to buy your tickets. Your most recent purchase will appear there instantly.
  3. Still no luck?
    • If it’s less than two days before your event, or
    • Your order doesn’t show up online,
