How can I book an activity?
Simply search for your preferred attraction and then select the date as well as the type of ticket that you want to book.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You should receive an email confirmation stating that your booking was confirmed.
**If you encounter an error upon booking, the 1st thing to check is if a payment has been processed on your selected payment method. If there was a payment processed, you may reach out to our Customer Service team through WhatsApp using this number: +971 50 336 9944 or send an email to support@ticketstodo.com so we can confirm if your order was successfully processed or not.

How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
Estimated turn around time to receive your order is 30 mins.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED and USD

Is VAT included in the ticket price?
VAT is charged separately from the ticket price.

Which currencies are accepted?
TicketsToDo displays activity prices in a number of currencies including AED, USD, EUR, GBP and more. However, all displayed currencies will be charged in AED.

How long is my ticket valid for?
Validity of voucher is not the same for all attractions. The validity of your voucher will be shown on the ticket that we will send to you.

Can I exchange my ticket?
This depends on the type of voucher that you booked.
